Day Trips
Program 1: Chiang Mai – Mae Tang – Chiang Dao
Leave Chiang Mai early in the morning. Take Chiang Mai – Fang Rd (107), about 35 kms to Mae Taeng district. Then get into an off road track, drive through Sop Kai Village, Pa Mai Dang Village (Karen) then to Muang Kong Village (Chiang Dao District) and stop for lunch there. In the afternoon leave Muang Kong Village to visit Chiang Dao Cave and then after that drive back to Chiang Mai.
Program 2: Chiang Mai – Sonpatong – Mae Jam
Leave Chiang Mai south on Highway 108 (Chiang Mai – Hot Rd) to Sanpatong district and then take another road ( Mae Wang – Sop Win Village ). Take a rest at Mae Sapok Waterfall then start an off road trek, driving through Hung Tong Village ( Karen), Mae Sawa (Karen). Stop for lunch at Mae Na Jon Village, Mae Jam District. In the afternoon start the off road trek again and head down to Chiang Mai by driving through Sop Wak village, Mae Na Jon Village Hung Tong Village then back to Chiang Mai.
Program 3: Chiang Mai – Jae Son Waterfall (Lampang Province)
Leave Chiang Mai via highway118 (Chiang Mai – Chiang Rai). Pass Huay Hong Kai and take a rest at Baan Haun Gaow to Baan Koon On and Baan Pah Miang. Afternoon take a break at Jae Son National Park, visit waterfall and hot spring. After that , leave Jae Son National Park toward Baan Mae Jan, Baan Huay Pong and return back to Chiang Mai.
Program 4: ( Southern Area ) Samoeng – Mae Wang
Take off Chiang Mai . From there ahead to Samoeng . Then get into an adventurous dirt trails at Samoeng to the village of Mae Lan Khom. Have our first stop at a Karen Village then ahead to Mae Wang. When you get to Mae Wang we will have another stop at Ban Mae Win, visit Mae Sa Pok Waterfall (There you can do bamboo rafting, riding the elephant or swimming if you like). Also, we will have lunch break at that point. After all that tough riding with beautiful views and good exercise, we will head back to Chiang Mai.
Program 5: ( Northern Area ) Samoeng – Pa Pae
Take off Chiang Mai, to Samoeng. Then go through Ban Yange Mern Village. Then turn right, stop for lunch first and then the dirt roads to Pa Pae district, On the way back, stop at Mok Fa Waterfall then return to Chiang Mai.
Program 6: Mae Rim – Samoeng
Take off from Chiang Mai, heading north to Mae Rim district on Highway 107 (Chiang Mai – Mae Rim Rd.). Then we will stop at the beautiful Tard Mork Waterfall. After, we go to hill tribe village Ban Nong Hoi Village .Then we start on the dirt roads, and we will ride through Mae Pa, Pa Lan, Mae Phao, Thung Yao, Mae Tung Ting and Nga Maeng, after that have lunch at Kong K Noi. After we eat, we will go to Samoeng district and then head back to Chiang Mai .
